About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in the educational and social development of babies and young children up to the age of five.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
  • Develop and implement engaging educational activities that promote child development
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Contribute to the overall management of the nursery, including staff supervision and training
About You

We are looking for someone with a minimum of a Level 3 in Early Years care and Education. You will have a passion for child development and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and education. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
