Truck Bay Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Truck Bay Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing complex repairs independently, maintaining productive customer relations, and coaching on preventative maintenance and repairs.

  • Diagnostics and Repairs: Perform diagnostics and complete complex repairs independently, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain productive customer relationships and ensure prompt attention to minimize downtime.
  • Coaching and Training: Coach on preventative maintenance and repairs; provide work direction and review plans, parts, and tool lists.
  • Issue Resolution: Evaluate unresolved issues and escalate to product specialists or engineering teams as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A relevant qualification such as Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Cert III) or equivalent is required.
  • Advanced workshop or field service experience is essential.
  • Advanced knowledge of engine products is necessary.
  • An HR License is preferred.
  • Experience providing technical advice and coaching is advantageous.
  • Cummins experience is desirable but not essential.

This is a permanent position with a competitive hourly rate, shift allowance, and overtime penalties. The role involves working Monday to Friday with a 38-hour work week, annual variable compensation program, and discounts with private health insurance. Safety equipment and uniforms are provided.
