Maintenance Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key leader, you will oversee day-to-day maintenance activities across a diverse fleet including haul trucks, dozers, graders, and excavators.

In this role, you will provide clear leadership, direction, and support to maintenance crews. You will coordinate the execution of scheduled maintenance, breakdowns, and component change-outs across the fleet.

You will maintain high standards of safety performance through leadership, coaching, and adherence to procedures and policies. You will work closely with planners, coordinators, and OEMs to ensure equipment is returned to service safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading maintenance crews to achieve high-quality results
  • Coordinating maintenance activities to ensure optimal fleet performance
  • Maintaining safety standards and protocols
  • Collaborating with teams to achieve operational excellence
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in mechanical or electrical trade qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with heavy machinery
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage teams
  • Sound working knowledge of SAP and Asset Management systems
