Heavy Mobile Fleet Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technician to join our team as a Heavy Mobile Fleet Technician.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for performing planned and breakdown maintenance and repairs on top-tier heavy mobile equipment.

Your technical expertise and hands-on approach will ensure the safety and operational readiness of the equipment before it returns to service.

You will also play a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements to minimize downtime and prevent rework.

In addition, you will contribute to our proactive safety culture by aligning with company values through daily practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on heavy mobile equipment, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
