Leadership Role in Heavy Mobile Fleet Maintenance

The company seeks a skilled and experienced HME Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance activities.

  • Supervise HME maintenance crews and step-up supervisors, providing clear direction and support.
  • Coordinate scheduled maintenance, breakdowns, and component change-outs across the fleet.
  • Maintain high standards of safety performance through leadership, coaching, and adherence to procedures.
About You
  • A confident leader with excellent communication skills and trade qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical field.
  • Hands-on experience with diverse heavy machinery—ideally including HME.
  • Proven experience managing teams through high volume maintenance activities.
  • Sound working knowledge of SAP and Asset Management systems.
