Commercial Leasing Specialist Role
The Commercial Leasing Specialist plays a vital part in the strategic planning, coordination, and delivery of commercial leasing solutions across government office properties.
- Deliver and manage leased assets across the portfolio
- Provide advice on commercial lease management and strategy
- Support executive leasing projects and collaborations
- Update property, tenancy, and financial systems with accuracy
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for transparency
- Contribute to policy and guideline development for long-term success
- Research market trends to inform business strategies
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, landlords, and tenants effectively
- Prepare key correspondences and briefing notes for decision-makers
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Proven experience in commercial leasing, preferably in a government or corporate setting
- Strong customer service skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Sound financial administration skills, including invoice preparation and processing efficiently
- Solid administration experience, especially updating data in systems like Manhattan with precision
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent organisational skills for timely delivery
