Lease Administrator Opportunity

The Lease Administrator is responsible for managing the lease documentation process post-agreement, including monitoring, execution, and record-keeping to ensure lease terms are maintained throughout the lease duration.

  • Announce new store openings and relocations to the business
  • Setup new stores on the database, including charges and clauses
  • Monitor and track leases to completion and update the database
  • Maintain all property databases in line with commercial agreements and schedules
  • Run handover reports and review them weekly with the store development team
  • Update data changes upon approval from landlords
  • Assist the leasing team with lease negotiations and finalizations
  • Coordinate execution of storage license agreements and maintain a register of storage units and costs
  • Prepare and send quarterly email reminders to landlords
  • Audit storage units regularly with retail and leasing teams
  • Liaise with operations to ensure shopfitter and landlord defects are addressed and conditions of payment are met
  • Ensure prompt payments in line with agreements
  • Arrange insurance certificates for new stores
  • Support the leasing team as needed
  • Communicate with landlords regarding store maintenance and cost recovery
  • Attend new store opening meetings

Requirements:

  • Strategic thinking with experience in process improvements within lease administration
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
