Commercial Lease Management Specialist

The Leasing Coordinator will play a vital part in the planning, coordination, and delivery of commercial leasing solutions across the Government's office property portfolio.
This role requires an experienced professional who can assist with the delivery and management of leased assets, provide advice on commercial lease management, and support executive and sensitive leasing projects.
Key responsibilities include updating lease, tenancy, and financial management systems, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, contributing to policy and guideline development, and researching market trends to inform strategic planning.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, landlords, and tenants is also a critical aspect of this role.

- Strong customer service skills, particularly in liaising with landlords and tenants.
- Proven financial administration skills, including invoice preparation and processing.
- Solid administration experience, especially updating data in systems.
