Leading Commercial Asset Manager

This is a senior role within a commercial agency, overseeing the management of a diverse portfolio of commercial and retail assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants, ensuring proactive maintenance, lease compliance, and financial oversight.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial or retail property portfolios, with a strong understanding of lease documentation and property legislation. They will also possess excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reconciliations.
- Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance works
- Manage tenant relationships, lease compliance, and expiry schedules
- Assist with lease negotiations and coordinate leasing agents
- Provide monthly reports, risk assessments, and financial updates to clients
- Maintain accurate records including insurance, guarantees, and contractor compliance
In order to succeed in this role, the candidate must have:
- Experience managing commercial or retail property portfolios
- Strong understanding of lease documentation and property legislation
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reconciliations
- Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
