Work within a collaborative and supportive Lease Administration team Comprehensive lease administration for a strategic client's office/industrial portfolio Sydney CBD or Brisbane location – Flexible Working Options We are seeking a proactive Senior Lease Administrator to join our highly regarded Property Management team in this client facing role. In this key position, you will be responsible for the administration and accuracy of all lease and tenant information including lease compliance, lease clauses, outgoings and identifying tenancy requirements and effectively managing all payments associated with property expenses. The Opportunity
- Work collaboratively within the Lease Administration team to support the management and administration of a portfolio of high-profile office and industrial leases
- Review as appropriate all tenant specific details including but not limited to all tenant billings, outgoings recoveries, invoicing and rent reviews
- Ensure leases are correctly updated in the system and chase arrears when required
- Liaise with key stakeholders on any tenancy lease incentives, leases clauses and administer that component of the incentive granted to a tenant as required
- Participate in regular meetings with key stakeholders to discuss lease set ups, ensuring that all the information is provided and recorded in the system
- Complete tenant account reconciliations
- An understanding of office or industrial leases, lease clauses, outgoings, license's and property documentation is highly advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships in a client facing role
- The ability to manage numerous different tasks simultaneously and deliver to deadlines
- Highly organised with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in a lease administration position in either office or industrial assets is preferred but not essential
