Job Description

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business and technical needs, providing expert guidance on our innovative solutions.
  • Educate prospective clients on the value of our products through events and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct solution demonstrations for clients onsite, at events, or via teleconference, showcasing the capabilities of our software.
  • Design and deliver tailored proof of concepts based on client requirements, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and our Product/Development teams, aligning solutions with client visions and delivering exceptional results.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of our solutions, deployment, and best practices, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  • Generate technical presentations, project plans, and workflow documentation, communicating complex information effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience as a Senior or Principal Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Strategic Support Specialist, specializing in selling complex SaaS solutions at the enterprise level.
  • Proficient in using, deploying, and troubleshooting platforms, with expertise in eDiscovery and Digital Forensics highly desirable.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.
