Support Worker Opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily living, personal care, and community access for participants
  • Promote independence, life skills, and social connections
  • Build respectful relationships with participants and families
  • Deliver high-quality support aligned with NDIS goals and best practices
Your Requirements
  • Compassion, reliability, and genuine interest in disability or mental health support
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster (between 6am–9pm)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A values-driven approach with commitment to best practice
