The role of a Care Worker is to provide high-quality care and companionship to residents living in an aged care home. As a dedicated member of our team, you will play a vital part in enhancing the lives of our residents.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide daily living assistance such as bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, mealtime support, and mobility aid.
- Assist with medication administration and basic wound care.
- Support residents in engaging community-based recreational and social activities.
- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in aged or community care or a passion to begin your career in this field if you are studying or have recently completed your studies.
