Job Opportunity: Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced caregiver to provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be empathetic and patient, and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will also require:

  • A Certificate IV or above in Disability or a related field
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • A Police Check, Working with Children check, and NDIS Clearance
  • NDIS Orientation Module certification
  • A valid Driver's License and Comprehensive Car Insurance

Applicants must be willing to commute to Newcastle NSW and relocate before starting work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about supporting people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients
  • Assist clients in accessing the community
  • Work variable shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
