Job Description:

As a night shift caregiver, you will be part of a close-knit team that prioritizes resident-centered care. Your primary responsibility will be to provide compassionate and professional support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Requirements:

  • A minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability
  • Proven passion for delivering world-class care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and delegate tasks as needed
  • Strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
