About the Role

We are seeking dedicated support workers to join our team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by providing personal care assistance, supporting safe mobility, and promoting emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance, including showering, grooming, and dressing
  • Support clients with daily tasks, such as preparing meals and assisting with light household chores
  • Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations
  • Promote independence and encourage clients to live life on their own terms
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Genuine passion for helping others
  • Experience in aged care, disability support, or similar (preferred but not required)
  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent (an advantage)
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • A current NDIS Worker Screener, Working with Children's Check, and completion of NDIS Online Orientation (or willingness to obtain)
