Business Growth Specialist

This is a key role in driving sales and product strategy in Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the General Manager on monthly vehicle ordering processes.
  • Coordinate with the Regional Office to ensure accurate sales reporting and meeting performance targets.
  • Assist in presentations with dealers, the Regional Office, and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee monthly car flow processes.
Product Management
  • Analyze current and future product lines.
  • Liaise with the Regional Office to tailor product specifications and pricing strategies to the Australian market.
  • Support dealers through bulletins, inquiries, and resolution of order issues.
  • Assist with factory order placements, respond to product queries, and help launch special edition vehicles.
  • Develop and deliver product knowledge and training content to the Dealer Network.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or related field.
  • Direct experience in operations/volume planning management within the automotive industry.
  • Dealership and sales exposure with ability to build commercial relationships.
  • Demonstrable analytical skills, with an ability to solve problems.
  • Excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills.
