Cotality is seeking a sales leader to drive ambitious revenue targets across Australia and New Zealand, leading cross-functional teams spanning account management, solution sales, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimise sales performance by developing and executing strategies to achieve growth goals.
- Set ambitious sales targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability across teams.
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional sales and GTM team.
- Own and grow key customer and channel relationships, ensuring long-term retention.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and other internal teams to align strategy and enhance customer value.
- Proven sales leader in complex B2B or SaaS environments.
- Deep experience and networks in Real Estate, with credibility and commercial insight.
- Strong strategic thinking and a track record of achieving revenue and customer growth.
- Senior-level stakeholder management, C-suite engagement, and high-stakes negotiation and engagement.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team and work cross-functionally across the organisation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
