Agile Delivery Support Specialist

The role of Agile Delivery Support Specialist is crucial in the coordination and management of agile ceremonies, governance artefacts, and delivery momentum across Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Agile Release Trains and Solution Trains.
- Coordinate and facilitate agile ceremonies including PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, system demos, and showcases.
- Manage Azure DevOps (ADO), including work item tracking, dashboards, queries, and reporting.
- Monitor delivery progress and escalate risks and blockers as needed.
- Maintain high-quality program documentation for senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management and ensure adherence to governance processes.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely communication.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience supporting projects or programs in an Agile environment.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps for work tracking, dashboards, queries, and backlog management.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework SAFe practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective stakeholder engagement skills.
