Job Opportunity

This Customer Relationship Specialist role presents an exciting chance to be the welcoming face of our organization in a dynamic branch setting.

You will work closely with the Branch Manager and a supportive team, delivering exceptional service by identifying and responding to customers' financial needs.

About You

We are seeking a confident communicator with a genuine passion for helping people.

Previous experience in customer service, ideally within banking or financial services, is highly valued.

Exposure to consumer lending is advantageous.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a 'can-do' attitude will serve you well in this position.

Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate financial systems are essential, along with a collaborative spirit and a drive to go above and beyond for customers and colleagues.
