Job Description

We are seeking a Relationship Associate to join our team at Platinum People Group. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with senior brokers and directors, developing strong relationships and contributing to the growth of our business.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, driven, and able to work well under pressure. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

In this role, you will assist senior brokers in managing their workload, providing administrative support and helping to maintain accurate records. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in credit analysis and loan packaging, working closely with para-brokers and directors to deliver exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior brokers and directors
  • Assist with credit analysis and loan packaging
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the business

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Basic knowledge of credit analysis and loan packaging (desirable)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Brokerage experience (senior role)
  • Credit department experience (junior role)
  • Settlements experience (junior role)

Bonus Scheme:

  • 10% of base salary paid half-yearly, based on performance

Remuneration:

  • Senior: AU$80-90k per annum
  • Junior: AU$65-75k per annum (AU$80k stretch)
