**Job Title:** Systems Analyst

**About the Role:

Our technology team is driving innovation as part of our Change and Transformation Program across the business. We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst for a 12-month fixed term contract based in our Head Office.

  • As a key member of the retail technology team, you will be responsible for ensuring POS systems are fully operational, utilizing functionality to achieve best results for store staff and customers.
**Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage POS systems, creating documentation and procedures
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building relationships with stakeholders
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent, with more than 2 years of work experience from a retail environment
  • Have working knowledge of ITSM tools and technologies
**Requirements:
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership development
  • Basic awareness of infrastructure: data centres, networking, cloud, hardware
  • Innovative mindset, open to new ideas and process improvements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development, or related disciplines
