About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Systems Analyst to provide exceptional support to store staff and stakeholders in utilizing retail technologies and processes.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with store staff to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Improving operational efficiency through strategic technology implementation
  • Effectively managing IT system components to ensure seamless functionality
  • Providing prompt, professional assistance with customer support requests
  • Servicing operations around IHG initiatives to promote business growth
  • Developing and maintaining accurate documentation of processes and procedures
  • Performing various IT tasks for In-Store Projects as required
