Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide technical support for our retail stores. This role involves hands-on assistance with store technology, including POS systems, EFTPOS, and IT equipment.

About the Role
  • Provide level 2/3 IT support in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Communicate effectively with non-technical staff under pressure

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail/POS background
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and SQL Database systems
  • Ability to work in a team culture that encourages initiative and creativity
