The Role

We're looking for a skilled Technology Solutions Leader to join our Technology team, based in Melbourne. This role sits at the heart of our business, connecting people, systems, and processes to deliver seamless technology solutions that power our retail success.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of Application Specialists.
  • Oversight and continuous improvement of our Core ERP system - product, purchasing, inventory, POS, and ecommerce integrations.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues with a proactive, solutions-first mindset.
Key Requirements

A minimum of AP21 experience is essential. Strong knowledge of ERP and integration is required, preferably with ecommerce exposure. Proven ability to collaborate across functional teams and manage stakeholders is also required.
