
Operational Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to oversee operational workflows, manage maintenance activities, and ensure seamless project execution.
About the Role
- Responsibilities will include maintaining regular communication with vendors, internal teams, field technicians, and clients;
- Processing maintenance and other documents related to workflow and record-keeping for the O&M department;
- Contract administration for the O&M department, reviewing and maintaining contract management plans, highlighting relevant responsibilities to support compliance to business policies;
- Assisting with onboarding and mobilization of new personnel;
- Coordinating procurement of site-related equipment and fleet management;
- Overseeing site travel arrangements, coordinating travel when required;
- Maintaining, organizing, and updating electronic records of all documentation;
- Ensuring that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with company code of conduct;
- Adhering to all environmental, health, and safety rules and company policies; and
- Other duties as directed by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to operate in a collaborative working environment;
- Able to present information clearly and concisely;
- Strong communication skills both written and oral;
- Experience in construction and/or contracts administration;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Strong work ethic, positive team attitude, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally with field staff, management, owners, and vendors;
- Demonstrated independent thinking, initiative, and creativity;
- Ability to function successfully both independently and within a team.
