Join to apply for the Project Coordinator role at Duratec Join to apply for the Project Coordinator role at Duratec Opportunity to assist in growing remediation division Multi-state presence, market leading contractor Site Based Opportunity to assist in growing remediation division Multi-state presence, market leading contractor THE ROLEYou will be primarily responsible for project deliverables and operations, overseeing technical disciplines and coordination of our projects.
Projects include cladding replacement, heritage and general building refurbishment projects valued between $5 and $10 million.
Responsibilities Provide onsite support services and technical support on construction projects.
Plan and coordinate works, subcontractor, equipment and personnel Provide technical advice to personnel regarding design, construction, program modification or repairs Compile and create QA/QC documentation Program and schedule works Quantity take-offs Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements Facilitate regular project management meetings Your Experience Extensive on-ground project delivery experience Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Desirable)Project delivery skills, including budgeting and coordinating works Client facing with a strong commercial skillset Able to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships Self-managing while working well in a team environment Proven problem-solving ability and can 'think outside the box'Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines The Benefits Ongoing rewards & recognition programs Access to everyday discounts from Australia's leading retailers with Flare Paid parental leave Employee referral programs up to $2000 Salary sacrifice options Employee Assistance Program Novated lease options First Aid and Mental First Aid Support Officers Submit your resume today and start a conversation with one of our recruiters.
