Project Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Project Management team as a Project Coordinator. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the effective governance and operation of projects and programs across the organization.

  • About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide analysis, coordination, and assurance services that enable consistent delivery, improve decision-making, and ensure alignment with enterprise delivery standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining project and program dashboards, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of project status, milestones, risks, and financials. You will also assist project teams in developing, validating, and maintaining project plans and schedules.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need 2+ years of experience in a project analyst, PMO, or project support role in a medium-to-large organization. You should have a strong understanding of project and program management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, MSP, PMBOK) and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Power BI, MS Project).
