About the Role

We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Smart Metering Expert to join our NSW-based team. As a key member of our leadership group, you'll play a vital role in shaping our company's direction and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and lead a team of smart metering technicians, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and implement safety and quality procedures to maintain a healthy and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a senior smart metering expert, with a strong track record of leadership and mentoring.
  • Relevant tickets and licenses, including full Aussie driving license, electrical license, white card, first aid, LVR CPR, and testing of connections to LV.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
