About the Role: We're seeking a talented and experienced Smart Metering Specialist to join our team in NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to our Smart Metering technicians and subbies, ensuring the successful completion of audits, installations, and final reviews.
  • Conduct thorough safety and quality audits to ensure a healthy and safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to upskill and advance the careers of our team members.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tickets and licenses, including an Electrical license, White Card, First Aid, LVR CPR, and Testing of Connections to LV.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and guide team members.
  • A passion for driving a healthy and safe working environment, and a commitment to upholding our company's values.
