About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Smart Metering Supervisor to join our team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Smart Metering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively lead and mentor a team of technicians and subbies.

Responsibilities
  • As a Smart Metering Supervisor, you will be responsible for mentoring and leading the team, ensuring work is delivered safely and correctly by your technicians, and completing audits, sign-offs, and supporting with installations and final reviews of jobs.
  • You will also be responsible for driving a healthy and safe working environment, ensuring that safety and quality are core values in your team.

About You

  • We are looking for someone with a mix of soft skills, relevant tickets and licences for a Smart Metering Technician, and a willingness to learn and upskill.
  • The ideal candidate will have a full Aussie driving licence, Electrical licence, White Card, First Aid, LVR CPR, and Testing of Connections to LV, and be open-minded and eager to work with a team of smart metering experts and metering providers.
