Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Smart Metering Supervisor to join our team at HRG. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for mentoring and leading our Smart Metering technicians and subbies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work and a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and lead Smart Metering technicians and subbies, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Conduct audits and sign-offs to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and address any safety or quality concerns.
Requirements
  • Relevant tickets and licenses for a Smart Metering Technician, including a full Australian driving license, electrical license, white card, first aid, LVR CPR, and testing of connections to LV.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and motivate team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality work and a commitment to safety and quality.
