Job Opportunity: Smart Metering Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Smart Metering Supervisor to join our team at HRG. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for mentoring and leading our Smart Metering technicians and subbies, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our services.

About the Role:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Smart Metering technicians and subbies, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Conduct audits and sign-offs to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with our metering providers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tickets and licenses for a Smart Metering Technician, including full Aussie driving license, Electrical license, White Card, First Aid, LVR CPR, and Testing of Connections to LV.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
