Talent Acquisition Business Partner Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment processes from job brief to offer stage
  • Build strong relationships with Centre Directors and regional leaders
  • Create talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and employer branding
  • Partner with marketing to develop engaging recruitment campaigns
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices

Your Ideal Profile:

  • 3-5 years' experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition or agency recruitment
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources (preferable)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple vacancies with confidence
  • A passion for early childhood education and values-driven hiring
