Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Australia & New Zealand team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing recruitment campaigns for Associate roles, engaging with target candidates, and driving improvements in the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the TA Manager (Campus) to develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Provide support for proactive pipelining activities and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Focus on diversity recruiting initiatives and efforts
  • Develop and design strategy for campus recruitment events, including logistics and stakeholder engagement
  • Own the BCG Strategy Academy Masterclass series of events and track the ROI from marketing activities
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of business
  • Ability to leverage data to derive and develop insights
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness
