You will play a key part in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier Specialists, Registrars, Residents, and Interns for our Specialty & Emergency hospitals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Sourcing: Partner with stakeholders to source and place candidates quickly and effectively for both immediate and future needs.
- Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end recruitment for Specialists, Registrars, Residents, and Interns, optimizing our recruitment systems.
- Headhunting & Outreach: Utilize networking and direct outreach to attract top veterinary talent.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with hospital leaders and industry professionals to support hiring and retention.
- Process Improvement: Help enhance recruitment workflows in a growing business.
