We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring the delivery of outstanding recruitment services that meet their unique needs.

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level full-time position in the human resources department. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management or recruitment, preferably within the IT sector, and possess excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to work.

The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation methods, as well as familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their unique recruitment needs.
  • Implement land-and-expansion approach across accounts.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for specific roles.
  • Provide insightful updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress and market trends.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management or recruitment, ideally within the IT sector.
  • A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruitment goals and client expectations.
  • Strong grasp of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation methods.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
