Responsibilities:
  • We manage and oversee all building and planning approvals
  • Liaise with local councils, private certifiers, and other authorities to meet compliance requirements
  • Prepare, lodge, and track related documentation, including building permits, development applications, and approvals
  • Work closely with internal teams and customer service to resolve any approval issues quickly
About You:
  • You will require experience in a Permits, Approvals, or Preconstruction role within residential construction
  • A strong understanding of council processes, building codes, and approval requirements is essential
  • Previous experience with contracts administration would be advantageous
  • Effective communication skills and confidence when liaising with external authorities are required
  • A proactive approach to solving problems and high attention to detail are also necessary
