We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to fill the key role of Preconstruction Coordinator in our high-performing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about residential construction and has a strong background in permits, approvals, and preconstruction processes.

As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering dream homes for clients, from plans on paper to construction-ready sites.

  • Prepare and lodge building permits, development applications, and related approvals.
  • Liaise with local councils, private certifiers, and other authorities to meet compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate supporting documentation from engineers, surveyors, and consultants.
  • Work closely with customer service and drafting teams to resolve any approval issues quickly.
  • Assist with contracts administration support and collaborate with internal teams when required.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a Permits, Approvals, or Preconstruction role within residential construction.
  • Strong knowledge of council processes, building codes, and approval requirements.
  • Desirable: Contracts administration experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence when liaising with external authorities.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems.
