This role presents a unique chance for an experienced Contract Administrator to assume key responsibilities in residential construction, focusing on managing head contracts and subcontractor administration.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing scopes of work, tender evaluations, and contract documentation. They will also handle progress claims, variations, and EOTs while maintaining financial tracking and cost forecasting using Jobpac.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage head contract and subcontractor administration

- Maintain financial tracking and cost forecasting using Jobpac
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator in residential construction
- Proven ability to work autonomously and within a project team
