
High-Growth Enterprise Sales Leader

Are you passionate about driving strategic growth and new business development? We're looking for a seasoned professional to play a key role in our enterprise education portfolio.
This is a high-impact relationship management role that blends market expansion with existing enterprise accounts. As an Enterprise Account Director, you'll be responsible for leading the charge in winning new business and securing new logos.
- New business development – Identify, target, and secure high-value opportunities within the education sector.
- Lead and close complex enterprise-level deals – including multi-year contracts and cross-portfolio solution sales.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline – through direct outreach, networking, industry events, and targeted campaigns.
- Act as an executive sponsor for major accounts, ensuring our solutions align with their long-term goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – working with marketing, product, and delivery teams to execute go-to-market strategies that drive both retention and acquisition.
We're looking for someone with:
- Deep understanding of enterprise software sales and education technology markets.
- Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, multi-stakeholder environments, and long-term account planning.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, influencing skills, and ability to build trusted C-suite relationships.
- Executive level presentation and negotiation skills.
