Lead Enterprise Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue growth and lead our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience in high-growth technology leadership, and a proven track record of success in leading sales teams.

The successful candidate will develop and execute customer acquisition plans, build long-term relationships with customers and partners, and enable the team to understand commercial goals.

  • 5+ years of experience in high-growth technology leadership
  • Direct experience leading a 'new business' sales team
  • Experience translating technical products to business value for C-Suite
  • Experience positioning big data, analytics or AI/ML solutions
  • Proven record of executing against personal and team goals
  • Ability to lead, inspire, develop, empower and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degrees a plus

We are looking for a sales leader who can drive revenue growth, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team, and translate complex technical products into business value.
