As part of our Drafting team, you will play a key role in supporting the office and onsite teams with the coordination of display homes. This involves managing scheduling, meetings, bookings and key project milestones.

You will work closely with sales, design, marketing, construction and compliance teams to ensure deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining display homes policies, procedures and workflows for efficiency.

In addition, you will oversee the decommissioning of display homes when required and support the product development team by managing databases, libraries and cross-team liaison.

You should have a demonstrated administration background, working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will be confident in liaising with multiple people, adapting to different styles and requirements.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with the ability to manage confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the full display home process from planning to opening
  • Manage scheduling of meetings, bookings and key project milestones
