The Display Home Product Development Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the drafting team, providing essential coordination for the display home process from planning to opening.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the entire display home process from conception to launch
- Manage scheduling of meetings, bookings and key project milestones effectively
- Collaborate closely with sales, design, marketing, construction and compliance teams to meet deadlines and deliver results
- Develop and maintain display homes policies, procedures and workflows for optimal efficiency
- Oversee the decommissioning of display homes as required
- Support the product development team by managing databases, libraries and cross-functional liaison
- Strong communicator with excellent coordination, attention to detail, problem-solving and time management skills
- Demonstrated administration background, working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Confident in liaising with multiple stakeholders, adapting to different styles and requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with the ability to manage confidential information securely
- Ideally some experience within the project home industry, demonstrating building and construction knowledge
