Display Home Product Coordinator Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join our drafting team and play a key role in the coordination of display homes from planning stages to opening. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated administration background and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to manage confidential information. Ideally some experience within the project home industry would be advantageous, demonstrating building and construction knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the full display home process from planning to opening
  • Manage scheduling of meetings, bookings and key project milestones
  • Work closely with sales, design, marketing, construction and compliance teams to meet deadlines
  • Develop and maintain display homes policies, procedures and workflows for efficiency
  • Oversee the decommissioning of display homes when required
  • Support the product development team by managing databases, libraries and cross team liaison

Requirements:

  • Strong communicator with excellent coordination, attention to detail, problem solving and time management skills
  • Demonstrated administration background, working in a fast paced, high-volume environment
  • Confident with liaising with multiple people, adapting to different styles and requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with the ability to manage confidential information
  • Ideally some experience within the project home industry, demonstrating building and construction knowledge
