Job Title: Display Home Maintenance Officer

This role plays a vital part in ensuring our display homes are maintained to the highest standard.

  • You will coordinate trades conducting repairs and maintenance at our display homes.
  • You will ensure that maintenance enquiries are satisfactorily completed in line with company processes and timelines.
  • You will maintain compliance of display homes, including first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and management of keys and access.
  • You will arrange pest inspections for all display homes.
  • You will provide weekly reporting on maintenance schedules.
  • You will review and implement new processes and practices to improve efficiencies.
  • You will liaise with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy across all maintenance activities.
  • You will coordinate display homes closures and make good activities and requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of the organisation along with:

A trade background, preferably carpentry or similar experience.

An ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide information and updates on maintenance works.

An ability to prioritise maintenance schedules and repair work while ensuring exceptional attention to detail.

A full driver's licence.

Willingness to travel between our displays as scheduled.

A positive attitude with the ability to work independently or within a team.
