Job Title: Home Display Coordinator Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the display home process from planning to launch
  • Manage scheduling of meetings, bookings and key project milestones
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, marketing, construction and compliance to meet deadlines
  • Develop and maintain display homes policies, procedures and workflows for efficiency
  • Oversee the decommissioning of display homes when required
  • Support the product development team by managing databases, libraries and cross-team liaison
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and time management
  • Demonstrated administration background in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Confident in liaising with multiple stakeholders, adapting to different styles and requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with ability to manage confidential information
  • Ideal experience within the project home industry, demonstrating building and construction knowledge
