About the Role We are seeking a detail-driven professional to join our team as a Senior Display Draftsperson. This role involves drafting new display homes throughout the development and construction process, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Drafting display homes and ensuring documentation is compliant with building codes.
  • Responding to critical customer requirements and providing exceptional service.
  • Attending site visits to inspect construction of new display homes and providing accurate as-built plans.
  • Collaborating across departments to deliver inspiring display homes.

Key Qualifications:
  • Experienced Residential Draftsperson with a strong background in residential projects.
  • Tertiary or TAFE qualification in residential drafting.
  • Proficiency in Revit software.
  • Knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian standards.
