Senior Executive Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled and organized Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client's team for an initial contract. This role will be key in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for executive-level positions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the coordination of recruitment processes for Head of and GM-level roles.
- Build strong relationships and communicate with senior stakeholders across the business to facilitate interview scheduling.
- Coordinate and assist with the setup of assessments.
- Prepare and assist in the development of exec-level interview guides.
- Proven experience working in executive search-level space as a recruitment coordinator or administrator.
- Demonstrated ability to interact and build rapport effectively at the senior and C-Suite levels.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
