Executive Talent Strategist

This is a dynamic opportunity to drive high-impact executive recruitment and mobility outcomes across the organization.

We are looking for an experienced talent acquisition professional with a passion for senior executive recruitment and a talent for engaging top-tier leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop forward-thinking attraction strategies, proactively engage with top-tier talent, and deliver seamless recruitment experiences for internal clients.
  • Support workforce mobility placement programs, working closely with impacted employees to identify suitable opportunities and to coordinate end-to-end redeployment outcomes.
  • Lead candidate sourcing, industry research, market mapping and talent pipeline development for executive roles; and develop tools and resources that continuously improve our approach to senior executive recruitment.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience in senior executive recruitment best practice including recruitment approaches, marketing initiatives, and policies, processes, and legislative requirements.

We're looking for someone who has a strategic mindset and continuous improvement lens, always looking for ways to enhance processes and outcomes. You'll have strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders to understand their unique resourcing needs.
